What is a BarCamp?

A BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from participants.

As home to two of the three largest banks in the US and many satellite industries, Charlotte is a natural location for the advancement of banking and its related technologies.

What do we need?

Right now we're still getting things together. The best way to help at this point is to signal interest and help drum up more people interested in seeing this event come to pass. One way to help generate interest is through the use of your existing social network, such as your LinkedIn network.
