• Need 3-4 people to help

Tear-down

• clean up rooms and patio for Sunday
• wipe down bathrooms, kichen (if used)

Process

• Sign in
  • Put name in fishbowl for prizes
  • If you plan to speak, write topic on index card and tape on board
  • View other topics you'd like hear, place checkmark on index card if interested
• Opening session
  • Welcome, sponsors
  • Planners organize sessions
    • based on checkmarks
  • Coffee/donuts
• Offer session options
  • 15 min -- short pitch
  • 30-45 min -- full-on session
• Door prizes
  • give away at throughout the day
• Explain at the beginning
  • picking up trash
