BarCamp is free of charge for all participants and will include presentations, lightning talks, and meetups on various topics of interest to the Chiang Mai tech & design community. This is a collectively-owned community event. Every attendee is expected to participate in some way, however small. and help make it happen. BarCamp Chiang Mai can be the tech event you've always dreamt of, if you make it that way! It will be a bilingual (Thai/English) event.
บาร์แคมป์เป็นเครือข่ายของการจัดประชุมระดับนานาชาติในแบบ "unconference" ซึ่งมีลักษณะพิเศษคือ เป็นการประชุมแบบเปิดกว้าง-ไม่จำกัดผู้เข้าร่วมและหัวข้อ เนื้อหาทุกอย่างมาจากผู้เข้าร่วม ทุกคนเป็นทั้งผู้พูดและผู้ฟัง ส่วนใหญ่เน้นความสนใจไปที่เทคโนโลยีใหม่ล่าสุด การออกแบบ งานทดลองสนุกๆ เว็บใหม่ไฟแรง (รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมดู "บาร์แคมป์" ในวิกิพีเดีย) บาร์แคมป์เชียงใหม่จัดเป็นสองภาษา ไทยและอังกฤษ
