- 22 Sep, 8pm - Registration goes live;
- 30 Sep, COB - Sponsorship deadline if they want to get on the tshirt;
- 01 Oct, COB - Place order for tshirts with full text, artwork, etc;
- 8/9 Oct, COB - Place orders for food, etc;
- 16 Oct, COB - Confirm orders for food;
- 17 Oct, 6-9pm - Need 4-10 volunteers to set up space, put up signs, etc; We need a room captain for each room (4);
- 18 Oct:
- 7:30-9am - Matt Bowen & Shaun Farrell run registration;
- 8am - Registration Opens
- 9am - Need a volunteer to run registration;
- 10am - First session begins;
