- Contact Microsoft, get address and coordinate early delivery of both perishable and nonperishable items (if possible)
- Source vendors for each of the meals. Green if possible
- Call each vendor and get a quote for 200 people, adding info to the wiki here
- Get plates, knives, forks, etc. Green if possible
- Do final followup with possible donor vendors, set up delivery date and time
