Day-of Logistics are going to take everyone's help. It basically means making sure the whole thing runs smoothly and when things go wrong, they get fixed. The two overviews above go into a bit more detail on what was involved last time.

 

We can probably use more volunteers here!

 

Logistical Notes

  • Don't put up Sunday's schedule on Saturday--that way people who only come on Sunday will still have a fighting chance for a slot
  • Shorten slots to 30m-45m instead of one hour
  • Longer slots right after lunch and right before dinner (possibly)
  • Allow for 5-10 minute buffer between slots to give people a chance to move around, think/digest info, etc
