Cost

Free. But there's a catch. Attendees are expected to contribute back to the conference by participating actively. "Active participation" might mean giving a presentation, helping with a presentation, blogging or podcasting the event, or whatever other creative ways. All discussions will be recorded for the popular Camelot Chronicast, the most important podcast about UFOs in Italy.

  • Briefing at 20:30 to take place in the slots

 

  • Barcamp begins at 21:00 and ends at 24:00 (plus an hour to review everything recorded, until 01:00)

 

  • Participants are invited to book in advance (phone or e-mail) their participation; it will be possible to just come without booking...depending on how many will be there

 

  • 15 minutes per person (plus 10 minutes for questions and discussione. Everything will be recorded for Camelot Chronicast

 

  • It is possible for anyone to give up his/her 15 minutes to just listen and, maybe, to suggest a website, a book and so on

 

  • Slots should be clearly indicated
