BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from attendees.
What?
A barcamp is a type of unconference, more information on what to expect can be found here www.unconference.net
When?
Not sure yet, but hoping for late summer 2010.
Where?
Probably Sheffield, maybe Leeds or Doncaster.
What To Bring?
- Yourself.
- Laptops (if you want to present)
- All the chargers/cables you'll need
- Cameras - still or video
- An idea for a session/presentation/talk
What We'll Provide?
- A venue!
- Wifi (and a few wired connections)
- Food & Drink (and maybe some schwag...)
- Projectors, screens, whiteboards, PA systems and such for presenters

Do you have something you would like to talk about? Is there something you would like to here somebody else talk about? Add your ideas below.
Remember, 30 minute sessions, slideshows/presentations if possible. Also make time for Q&A's at the end of the session.
