This inaugural event will bring together people from all over Africa in order to share ideas, inspiration, and knowledge that cross both ideological and language borders.
2010 is a very important year for many countries in Africa as they are celebrating their 50th anniversary of independence from colonial rule. This event will give everyone a chance to look back at this half a century and to look forward to the next years that await us. This forms the primary theme of the event which is "50". It's a number we can all understand no matter which language we speak.
