BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from attendees.

 

This BarCamp Chiang Mai 3 will be a joint-event with Mekong ICT Camp 2010, bringing at least additional 70 participants (hackers, journalists, and social workers) from various Mekong countries to the event.
