Journovate: Journalism Innovation Camp

July 10th & 11th

Journalism is evolving into new forms every day. Many journalists are looking to the internet for a new way to work. But there are some who are not sure what is the best way to go about it. Traditional broadcast journalists are just starting to jump into the pool of podcasting. So this is a Barcamp to invite Bloggers, Podcasters, Broadcast Journalists, and NewsPaper Journalists together to talk about these subjects.

This barcamp will be a hybrid event, with the first day being a typical preplanned speaker track. The second day being the tradition barcamp planned event. We will be using Google Moderator to organizes questions for speakers and panels the first day. We will also use it to suggest panels for the second day.
