- We use a lot of JavaScript at Chesspark, and I'd love to swap stories. We've used mootools, prototype, and jQuery, as well as our own libraries like Strophe.
- Michael Odza - may present on a plan to make money from new social networks without depending on advertising. Will try to bring a whiteboard--I need to buy one anyway.
- Eric Renz-Whitmore -- will bring projector; likely presenter (esp. like the roundtable topics).
- Tara Sachs - may present but I need to think of something...
- Chad Davis - might talk about online video, managing content for a local media company (KNME), or developing a new model for Public Media in a Web 2.0 world. But I'm new to this whole barcamp thing so I'm not sure if that fits with the vibe of the event. I'll yield to will of the group (or to that of those who can edit wikis).
Notes
- Chantal really wants to attend but has Labor Day conflicts. I could do the following weekend if by chance we reschedule.
- Chris is going to be gone Labor day weekend, but September is pretty open.
- Jessica is wondering if Chef Jim's place has internet/wi-fi. I'm assuming/hoping yes since there is focus on the intertubes, but since it's not specified anywhere... I'm on call for work during conference time which mean sooner or later I'm going to need to remote in.
