Discussion
We may need a chair person to maintain a certain timing for the different sections of the agenda. Last BarCampBankFlashMeeting was over 2 hours. Would targeting 1h30 make sense? -- FredericBaud
A chair person is a nice idea Fred ! "One guest per month" would be a very nice goal for our barcampbank appeal and recruitment sessions. How about suggesting SamRose, SunirShah or JeanChristopheCapelli to drive this meeting.
On a technical point of view, FlashMeeting is always scheduled in advance. No problem to schedule a 90 minutes session with LoiezDeniel. I've just dropped some words to Mathieu who could help to reach ChristopheAguiton and organize an informal real-life FlashMeeting session in SiliconValois or Royal Valois.
Still not sure to be ready in our BarCampBankMissionStatement to invite JacquesAttali as our first guest. How about beginning by a suggested member in our board, like JeanMichelBillaut ;-) I could reach him this week if you want ?
LaurentLunati is currently working on our InterCommunityBrand identity (currently on the PinkoWay). Cheers Fred. Call me when you want. -- ChristopheDucamp
Agreed that we may not be ready and enough structured to receive people like JacquesAttali. A couple of warm up sessions would certainly help. Having JeanMichelBillaut talk would certainly be great. If we do a BarCampBankFlashMeeting2 in the coming week, maybe we should first concentrate on agreeing on some simple working process and discuss how to organize to have JeanMichelBillaut present on the subsequent session. -- FredericBaud
