  • Major kudo's to those who organized the event. This was my first BarCamp, and I will definitely be a future attendee/participant I even have an idea for organizing a session of my own. - Doug Peterson, MuckNet

 

 

Things that worked really well in my opinion:

 

  1. Name tags, with tags :)
  2. ad hoc organization of sessions
  3. large selection of sessions to attend
  4. Free food!
  5. Networking with peers

 

 

Suggestions for the next one:

 

  1. One day only. I went on both days, and would have been OK only going the first day.
  2. More water, less soda.
  3. daily schedule printouts with a little more room to write in session details--maybe like an ical formatted printout? KathyLee
