Sponsorships from the $200 level earn valuable benefits that let local geeks know you love them.
Sponsors are strongly encouraged to come to BarCamp, meet people, and talk about their products/services if they wish. But BarCamp has no keynote sessions and never guarantees an audience to anyone, including our generous sponsors.
Meal Sponsorships
Meal sponsors will have their logo displayed at meal times, in the main serving area(s) with all the yummy food.
- Saturday breakfast: 1 sponsor, $250
- Saturday lunch: 4 sponsors @ $500 each
- Saturday dinner: 4 sponsors @ $500 each
- Sunday breakfast: 1 sponsor, $250
- Sunday lunch: 2 sponsors @ $500 each
Meal sponsors also receive:
- their logo on the BarCampBoston2Sponsors page, and their name on the BarCampBoston2 main page, and
- a special green shirt (other shirts will be white or black) that lets other conference participants know you contributed.
Basic Sponsorship - $200
Basic sponsors get
- an 8.5"x11" logo displayed on the sponsor wall, near the agenda wall,
- their logo on the BarCampBoston2Sponsors page, and their name on the BarCampBoston2 main page, and
- a special green shirt (other shirts will be white or black) that lets other conference participants know you contributed.

Silver Sponsorship - $500
Silver sponsors get
- an 11"x17" logo displayed on the sponsor wall,
- recognition by name and miniature logo on the conference venue map, available throughout the conference at the registration table,
- their logo on the BarCampBoston2Sponsors page, and their name on the BarCampBoston2 main page, and
- a special green shirt (other shirts will be white or black) that lets other conference participants know you contributed.
Gold Sponsorship - $1000
Gold sponsors
- an 11"x17" logo displayed immediately next to the agenda matrix,
- premium recognition by name and miniature logo on the conference venue map, available throughout the conference at the registration table,
- their logo on the BarCampBoston2Sponsors page, and their name on the BarCampBoston2 main page, and
- two special green shirts (other shirts will be white or black) that let other conference participants know you contributed.
