Notes:

  1. To ensure everyone has a good bar camp experience, please use the Bar Camp Role area to indicate how you plan to actively participate in BarCamp - be ready to present, participate, organize or help in one way or another. Be ready to contribute.
  2. We are currently capping the attendance at 50 people max.
  3. The old outdated seven months old attendees list was removed to start a more accurate list so we can better determine the number of t-shirts needed, amount of food to order, etc. Thanks for your understanding.

Cancellation policy: Since seats are limited, we cap the attendance at 50 people, please remove you name if you later find that you won’t be able to attend. Be kind to others (a karma thing) so others who love and be able to attend will be able to take your canceled seat. Many thanks.

Please read the above notes & cancellation policy before adding yourself to the Attendees List

Please use valid email (for us to contact you and to eliminate spam ads)

For "Bar Camp Role or area of expertise", please in 6 words or less, state a topic that you will be ready to present, discuss, or share your knowledge in. We want to have people actively participating and contributing and not to have tourists who will just watch. Currently Bar Camper doesn't give us much info. Sorry for this confusion created here. We are learning as we go so thanks again for your understanding.
