Details of the meeting
About the Venue
- All the details about the venue . Location : Fcfa 12.000 /hour/playing field
- Get more pictures of the room especially electric connections (how many)
- College Libermann is located at the heart of Douala in Akwa. (RINGO headquarters are not too far)
- A delegation lead by ongolaBoy should meet the school administration in September 2009. JeremyBrown, Gaza and Sovo can help here.
- We have estimated that 100 people can attend the event.
- We should provide tables, chairs and maybe tentes
- Etum suggested that we divided the gymasium in 3 parts and use the basketball and handball as extra facilities
- We should secure electrically and physically the equipement
The theme
Everybody aknowledge that Digital dreams can fit very well for this Barcamp.

Limbe labs would provide a projector at least,
plus any networking equipment for the day, gigabit wireless router, networks switches and ethernet cables

Africa 2.0 Cameroon will sponsor the lunch

Open Solutions Cameroon will take the cost of the venue

We are looking for sponsors for drinks and coffee during the day
Food organiser
- Ahandajf is
working on a plan for a drink or Dinner on Friday and a dinner to close the event on saturday

No beer for the barcamp (at least during the sessions)

As said above, the lunch will be provided by Africa 2.0 Cameroon

Sandwiches, nuts, fruits can fit well for the lunch. Think simple and light ;)

- Limbe labs guys will be the network coordinator
- OngolaBoy will help on that issue too and especially the physical security of the hardware

- Collecting infos for the badges can work as icebreaker
- Presenters should be allowed to publish their work on the wiki or a related site
- Business, technology and open presentations in the morning
- Presentations can be in french or english
- A similar timetable will be created

With 3 rooms we got : 9 sessions + 36 light presentations.

IMPORTANT: One or two persons should open the barcamp in english and french; we suggested that Fritz takes the lead here.

- JeremyBrown can record video on his pc and make some interviews with his digital camera if there is not too much noise
- Need decent recording equipment
