• Eric Molitor will be managing the small robot arena (4 feet by 4 feet) and it will be set up in the hallway, exact position to be determined at the walkthrough tomorrow.

• The event will start at 10, with presentations beginning at 11.

• There will be a proper break for lunch, starting at 12:30

• Lunch is on Simple Ticket, it will be pizza. Brian and Alex as contact points. cks: NYC had Lombardi's, so can we have Fireside Pies? :-)I'd like the one drizzled with truffle oil, please.

• Dinner (which looks to be Mexican food, but watch out for the "it's not modular" thing. maybe lots of burritos?) is on Pure Discovery, the contact person is David Copp on the sponsor side and was it Blake on the Bar Camp side? Please confirm.

• Coffee in the morning is on Home Conductor, contact person on both sides is Christopher St. John

• Who volunteered to do the name tags? Was is Blake?

• Jambo may want to help out using their technology. Blake, are you the point person for this as well?

• Chris is going to write up the schedule grid that will be posted at the start of the day. Some slots early on will be available to be filled in advance, but the rest are first-come first served. People are encouraged to post their topics with summaries on the wiki. On Wed, Chris will send out an announcement email to everyone currently signed up that includes this information, and probably end up bugging people in private emails as well.

• Alex will order the t-shirts very soon, so the logos better be in.
