Was BarCampWorldwide -- now, BarCampEarth -- a simultaneous compendium of Barcamps around the world happening simultaneously with FooCamp.

 

ScottBrooks is suggesting that eDome (http://edome.cambrianc.on.ca/about.htm) in Sudbury might be available as a central facility for broadcasting. It's on the Internet2 network with massive bandwidth fiber connections and has a full digital broadcasting and production facilities.

I have made the requests for the facility and seeing how we can make this work. As i have more information i will be sure to pass it along to the community. I believe that we will be able to get things moving.

 

I'd like to collaborate with Michael Herman, another OpenSpace facilitator, to find good software for holding distributed collaborative sessions - I know it's out there, and Michael has used some of it. DeborahHartmann
