This BarCampKazan conference is going to be one of the first (or actually first!) BarCamp-like conference in Russia. The idea to make it is from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from attendees.

So it's in Kazan city, on Ershova street (the Russian name for this house is: "ulica Ershova 49V"). The location of house, hosting BarCampKazan is marked with circle on map that is available for downloading, the map is prepared using Google Maps.

Schedule for 4th of August, the day of BarCampKazan conference

 

  • 11:00 AM GMT+3 - planners meeting meeting in house where conference is going to take place in order to prepare for conference.

 

  • 02:00 PM GMT+3 - campers who don't know direction gather in the public place, e.g. on the bus-stop not too far from the building.

 

  • 03:00 PM GMT+3 - campers prepare for conference, discuss everything prior to reporting on various subjects.

 

  • 05:00 till 07:00 PM GMT+3 - BarCampKazan campers share with each other ideas and perform reporting.

 

  • 07:00-evening PM GMT+3 - After-conference activities.
