Dear Planners:

Is there any way to reschedule Barcamp for later in the day? Scheduling Barcamp for 1pm-5pm on a weekday makes

it impossible for some of us to make it to BarCamp as we are either working or have class. Please reconsider the

time, otherwise many of us will not be able to attend.

Sponsors

Sponsorships are limited to $250 per sponsor. BarCamp is a not-for-profit event and all costs will be accounted for. We need to cover the costs of t-shirts, banners/posters, name tags, stickers and food and drink. We estimate we will need 15 to 20 sponsors (depending on number of BarCamp attendees) at $250 each to cover these costs. Please note that sponsorships are probably not tax deductible: please check with your accountant.

This is a great way to support your community. If you would like to sponsor or know a company who would, please enter your name below with a contact name and number so we (Alex or Brian) may get in touch with you.
