Should we try having separate tracks for different kinds of sessions?

  • 2 hard-core tech sessions (traditional BarCamp fare(
  • 1 UX/Design track
  • 1 Beginner/Getting started track

 

We also talked about doing 1 general, "Starting a web community" workshop that took up two blocks and was prescheduled.

Feedback from last year suggested shorter sessions (30 min) and more defined/longer break time. Things to consider.
