- The PAN - Not sure what I'll talk about really. I could explaing video encoding for the web and other technical aspects of video blogging, but I doubt that would be very interesting. Maybe I could talk about best practices of working with video collaboratively online? Or how we hacked our Wordpress to function as a video publisher? Anybody want to chime in? I know lotsa stuff about online video and video blogs, just not sure what y'all care to hear about. - Adam Quirk
