- Max reports on Poly
- Brilliant and crap at the same time
- Auditorium seats 344 - lots of power along the outside walls, could use that for one track
- Huge long hallway in front of the auditorium
- Natural draw into that space
- 8 Classroom that are available to us
- 3 classrooms under direct control of IDMI
- Power at every seat, ethernet over every seat
- 3 rooms with no more than 8 outlets per wall with projectors
- Will need surge protectors, etc
- No cell service away from windows in that building
- 2 additional rooms that may be available to us if we want them
- Hall of fame
- 2nd floor of wunsch building
- No windows of note
- Amazing screens - 8 of them controlled by dual-boot windows linux machines
- can sleep overnight
- Polytech has a really pro-hacker attitude

- Where to put the schedule?
- Actually create the schedule in the auditorium and move it to the classrooms?
- Can only get 3 zones for wifi
- Either do both banks of classrooms and the hall of fame, or only light up one bank of classrooms
- Strong vote for both banks of classroom
- Recommendation - start with opener, then some null time to get settled, get on the wifi, and do the schedule, and move over to the classrooms
- Max request - get some sort of geographical game involved for sunday
