Agenda and Materials Management Notes
Carl Johnson / LaVonne Reimer leading

Sioux Fleming and Kelly Mackin leading

Ideas:
- Target different messages to different audiences.
- How do we reach students?
- Put some of the big names on the invite
- Get on community calendars
- Portland Art institute – might be interesting to bring in some tech design
- Need flyer
Misc Notes
Should we charge a nominal fee to attend?
- Pay in advance gets people to actually show up and have some stake in it.
- Also could pay as you go.
- Free geek donations?
