• Venue stuff (power strips, projectors, wireless, tables, chairs, etc)

• Get stuff for badges, figure out how we are going to print badges
• Catering: lunch (who what how much)
• Catering: breakfast (who what how much)
• Coffee (breakfast and during the day)
• Snacks and refreshments (costco run?)
• Materials (pens, pencils, paper)
• Contact media

• Financials (how we want to handle $$$)
• Volunteer coordination (what are we going to need on the day of)
