Current Status
- Venue might be Technical Training Resources
- Can someone talk to Bo and get some more details about that 'other space' we talked about during dinner?
- Date == Weekend of June 2
- No Sponsors
- No Merch
- Got Logos

What we need
- Confirmed sponsors
- A budget for tshirt stuff (withinn 50-100 dollars?)
- A budget for meals ( do we have a food person yet?)
- Wifi for the 'cookout/parkinglot area' (I'll see who I can contact for belkin Wifi/WDS hardware)
- A grill?
- What are we gonna use the parking lot space for? ideas?
- .. add stuff here?
Venue Checklist (For .. historical value?)
Stuff we absolutely have to have
- Parking for ~150 people
- Power
- The possibility of internet (even if its temporary)
- Spending the night (this seems to be a big one)
- 3-6 seperate rooms for presentations
- One large area for congregating, announcements etc
- Enough space for 3/4ths of people to spend the night
- Restrooms that arent filthy
Stuff that would be helpful
- Do they allow sleepovers?
- Can we have boozes?
- If the venue has tables, and chairs
- If the venue has internet already
- If the venue has projectors, and a screen
- If the venue has a bar, or refrigerators - places to keep food/drink/water/etc
- If the place has large trashcans or cleanup equipment handy

- Identify Sponsors
- Put together sponsor flyers, paperwork etc
- Contact sponsors in the 250-500 dollar range (or more?)
- Identify events sponsors can .. sponsor!
- Powerpoint Karaoke
- Half-Baked
- Meals
- T-Shirts
- Alcohol
- Event Insurance
- Snacks, Drinks
- Game systems (xbox, ps3, etc)
- Wireless hardware (belkin?)
- Other Merch, and giveaways
- Get cashiers checks, loaner equipment, etc from sponsors
- Work on Logos/Creative, identify merch,
- get hands on merch
- Put Together Schedule for daily stuff
- Times for food
- A/V equipment deployment
- hubs, switches, cabling and power
- Asset tracking / check in list with serial numbers (so nothing gets poached)
- Think of other stuff to do - (Lockpicking treasure hunt? Firebreathing tutorial? Something photography related?)
- Find places that are yummy who cater (vegeterian stuff too)
- Identify what other ancillary stuff we need
- Fooding Utensils (napkins, cups, plates, forks, knives, chopsticks... hand grenades?)
- Trashcans
- Cleanup gear
- Folding tables
