BarCamp San Diego is looking for sponsors to support San Diego's first unconference.

What's BarCamp?

BarCamp (www.barcamp.org) is an ad-hoc gathering of technical professionals, internet enthusiasts, and others who wish to share and learn in an open environment.

Attendees don't just watch a set list of speakers. They give their own talks. Podcasting. Web standards. Microformats. Gum stick computers. Physical security. Robotics. Evolutionary algorithms. Yoga for programmers. It can be anything.

BarCamp is about passionate people sharing their passions with others.

Sponsor Benefits

Expose your products and services to San Diego's technology community:

• Your logo will be listed on the BarCamp SD wiki and blog, and we'll thank you at the opening and closing sessions of BarCamp
• Your logo will be included on our custom, screen-printed t-shirts
• Your logo will be added to large banners hung behind each speaking area
• Give out samples of your products and services to BarCamp attendees

Sponsor Levels

We're offering three levels of sponsorship.

• Gamma ($500 - $1000 commitment)
• Beta ($300 - $500 commitment)
• Alpha ($200 - $300 commitment)

Payment

To cut down on administrative overhead, we're asking sponsors to purchase goods or services on BarCamp's behalf (rather than cutting us a check).

So, if you choose to be a Gamma sponsor, we might match you with a t-shirt vendor or maybe a catering company. We'll give a list of what we need, the projected budget, and a vendor contact. You'll take care of the payment... and that’s it!
