    • 6pm setup - planners arrive and setup
    • 8pm open doors
    • 9pm introductory talk and BarCamp pre-party
  • 6/24
    • 8am setup - planners arrive and setup
    • 9am open doors
    • 10am breakfast and Welcome to BarCamp presentation, introductions
    • 10:30am presentation grid available for signups
    • 11am-1pm morning sessions: 11am, 11:30am, noon, 12:30pm
    • 1-2pm lunch
    • 2-4:5pm afternoon sessions: 2pm, 2:45pm, 3:30pm
    • 4:15-5pm ice cream social
    • 5-7pm early evening sessions: 5pm, 5:45pm, 6:30pm
    • 7-8pm dinner
    • 8pm-1am evening sessions: 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, midnight
    • 1am quiet hours
  • 6/25
    • need to figure out time slots

    • 9-10am breakfast
    • 10am-noon morning sessions: 10am, 10:30am, 11:30am
