Number of projected attendees (based on last year + new) 200-225
Venues should have 5-6 rooms (for the camp itself) (Minimum of 4)
Brainstorming on Venues: (Jordan and Megan scouting and sussing out, DB looking into theatre space)
- Has it overgrown Workspace? - I think it may have.
- UBC Robson Square - will call

- Electronic Arts - will check with them
- Wask Centre for Dialogue - will call
- SFU Harbour Centre - will call
- BCIT Downtown campus - will call
- Centre for Digital Media - The Hangar - nope - they do not want out-of-house events booking in any more. not well equipped for it.
- Emily Carr - being used for New Forms Festival, but would be great to be in a space of their properties as well.
- Arts Club Theatre - love GI locale
- Playwright Theatre Club - love GI locale
- False Creek Community Centre - love GI locale
- Granville Island Brew Pub - Meg has a connection there - maybe not for right for this/don't know space well, will discuss with JB
- Vancouver Public Library - will call
- Van City
- Vancity Film Centre
- Scotiabank Theatre
We will use EventBrite for tickets
Budget was $6500 (1300 sponsors)
Food (don’t need to brainstorm on it now)

T-Shirts - NOT PINK - As usual, this is the most contentious issue. Megan likes Firefox logo colours - bright blue and burnt orange.
