  • Tentatively Lightning talks will occur in one corner of the cafeteria. Demo(s)will occur in another corner of the cafeteria. There is ample room.
  • The Session "Boards" will also be in the Cafeteria. Session Negotiation will be a continuous process throughout BarCamp. We will always be trying to populate the next block of sessions.
  • Badges will be pre-printed on simple ply-apply badge stock and affixed to plastic badge holders which will be hung around the necks of attendees by cheap little plastic lanyards. Walk-ins will have hand written badges on the same badge stock. Mike Walsh will print the badges on Friday afternoon June 2. Devon will get the "holders" and lanyards.

Room Information

There are seven rooms available for sessions, and all will be equipped with whiteboards and a projector or large plasma display. Rough estimates below are by Shimon based on 5/24/06 viewing; figures to be reviewed by Devon or Lynn for accuracy. Also, some of the rooms need cute, memorable names.

Concord Room - 30 people

Sudbury Room - 15 people

Labs Conf Room - 10 people

Labs discussion area 1 - 10 people

Labs discussion area 2 - 10 people

Other room with rickety blinds - 15 people
