Meeting #1 - March 20, 2008 (44 days until barcamp)

• Budget was a few hundred dollars short
• Fewer attendees than last time
• Food (menu and amount) was good
  • Had leftovers from dinner, but not obnoxiously so
• People were less engaged, feedback came in that they had the expectation it was about the party?
• Need to set expectations better about the schedule

Programming

• Challenge how people approach their diet
• Promote local, nutrition conscientious restaurants
• Plan for 100 people for dinner?

Meeting #2 - April 2, 2008 (31 days until barcamp)

Sponsors

• $1500 confirmed, $1500 should be on the way
• Need to start fine tuning budget
• Try to get amex / visa gift cards (because they work everywhere) instead of costo
• Need to organize coffee pick-up with Starbucks (Jonathan)

Beer

• Stuff Ted sampled was ok (Tailgate), not free
• Pizza Port = Contact Gary during business hours with at least 10 days notice
• Should we just brew at Barcamp? (Jonathan) I have a mead batch I could push off (something easy)

Marketing

• Josh Brewer to have blog badges by Friday
• Then explode with blog post, google group, startupsd, etc
• Luminaries? Smart people we'd be just tickled to have around for a bit
