Plannning has started for the first BioBarCamp Houston. Check back here for updates and changes.

 

What is BioBarcamp About? BioBarCamp is an unconference focused on all aspects of life sciences, biotechnology, therapeutics, medical devices, personalized genomics & medicine, bioinformatics, do-it-yourself biology, bioproducts and related topics.

 

BioBarCamp Houston is an unconference BarCamp event to bring college/graduate students, postgraduate trainees, junior academic faculty, inventors and would be entrepreneurs, as well as, technology champions from the Greater Houston area together to learn and network. The conference will be focused on life sciences - biotechnology, medical devices, biomedical solutions, bioproducts and related topics. During the day there will be WiFi available, a catered lunch and great networking opportunities.

Here's an opportuntity. We are looking for a few local sponsors (cash or in-kind) to cover the lunch catering, snacks and event shirts - opportunties are capped at $200. Plan is to chunk or microchunk out sponsorships that deal directly with event vendors. Sponsors' logos will appear on event shirts and in marketing materials at the event.
