DrupalCamp Kyiv is the international conference for Drupal developers which will gather around 200 developers and Drupal enthusiastic from Eastern Europe to meet each other, to share their experience and knowledge and to learn more about Drupal and people who are creating it.

 


 

 

 

 

The key mission of DrupalCamp Kyiv is development and strengthening of Drupal community in Eastern Europe. It’s focused on involving developers into active contribution in Drupal, sharing their knowledge and practical expertise with new users and increasing awareness about Drupal and its opportunities for the wide amount of Internet projects among developers and users.

Schedule


 

The conference will be held during two days, in the course of which around 40 presentations will take place along with open discussions and master-classes. The reports will be conducted in three parallel tracks and will be aimed for beginners as well as professional Drupal developers.


It is preliminarily planned that the discussion topics will cover the following topics:

  • web-site construction and support
  • development and coding
  • design and usability
  • community life

 

 

Day 1 - August 28, Friday

 

9:00 — 10:00 Registration start and a cup of tea
10:00 — 10:15 Conference opening
10:15 — 13:15 Four 40-minute sessions in two halls and 5 minute breaks to be able to move between the halls. Code sprint will be conducted in a separate hall.
13:15 — 14:15 Lunch
14:15 — 17:15 Four 45-minute slots in two halls. Code sprint will be held in a separate hall.
19:00 — 20:00 Party time

 

Day 2 - August 29, Saturday

 

10:00 — 11:00 Participant registration start
11:00 — 13:15 Four 40 minute sessions in two halls and a 5 minute break in order to move between the halls.
13:15 — 14:15 Lunch
14:15 — 15:15 Four 45-minute slots in two halls
19:00 — 19:15 DrupalCamp Kyiv 2009 closing
