in an act to lead and educate people on how to work with "requests for proposals," and to build drupal sites, the organizers of DrupalCampNYC2 asked for RFPs to be submitted. these RFPs were then distributed throughout the attendants for their input, and the basis of hands on examples throughout the camp.
