Help me organize DrupalCampNYC3. There are a lot of little tasks that need to be done but only so many hours in a day. Please choose something off the list and start running with it.
- Morning Breakfast on July 14th -- (Michael will take care of this)
- deliver to: Rogers Hall, room RH215, 6 MetroTech Ctr, across from the Marriott
- (we should meet them up front and take them up to the room)
- Bergen Bagel will deliver to Poly
- Bagels w/ cream cheese spreads for 75 people (will feed 100-125 easily)
- Coffee, Juice, etc.
- Try to stay around $400
- Payment via CC if possible; cash if discount
- Arrange delivery for Saturday morning between 9:30 and 10am
- Get Ice Chest
- Afternoon Lunch (Adam Saunders managing this adam AT marketanomaly.com)
- Grimaldis
- Determine number of pizzas and price; 100 people
- Stay around $500 (but can go up to $600 if necessary)
- Payment will be in cash i
