Background

The DUG-TO (that's the Drupal Users Group in Toronto) has been meeting for several months now. There's a critical mass of Drupal enthusiasts in the greater Toronto area. We're already experiencing a shortage of talent for the available projects -- so it's time to sound the alarms and send up the beacons to find like-minded souls.
