Stuff we learned about organizing DrupalCampToronto

 

  • Pre-printed name tags are helpful for quickly recognizing who's there.
  • Stable wireless routers would be nice.
  • 15 minutes breaks between sessions was appreciated.
  • People like the Spectrogram. Get up and moving. Interact.
  • Lots of awesome coffee was awesome, but don't deny the awesome tea lovers.
  • Food was hip(popotimus).
  • Volunteer preseners was appreciated.
  • People seemed to like $20 PWYC.
  • Plan for unstructured break-out group for folks who are not as interestd in workshops and just want to discuss.
  • Recipe swap was a little much to expect. It turned into show-and-telll, which was good.
