Schedule

Below a rough outline of our schedule. Sessions run about 45-1 hour with 15 minutes to mingle between sessions.

  • 07:00 am to 08:00 am -- Organizer/Volunteer Setup
  • 08:00 am to 09:00 am -- Breakfast
  • 09:00 am to 10:00 am -- Welcome, Barcamp 101, introductions, session planning
  • 10:00 am to 11:00 am -- Session 1
  • 11:15 am to 12:15 pm -- Session 2
  • 12:15 pm to 01:30 pm -- Lunch (there's room for "Birds of a Feather" or a working lunch here, feel free!)
  • 01:30 pm to 02:30 pm -- Session 3
  • 02:45 pm to 03:45 pm -- Session 4
  • 04:00 pm to 04:30 pm -- Closing Remarks
  • 04:30 pm to 05:00 pm -- Clean-up
  • 05:00 pm -- Happy Hour at McFadden's Restaurant-Saloon (only a few blocks away from IPDI/GWU)
