- Do we need name tags?
- Flipchart paper
- Whiteboards
- Whiteboard and marker pens
- Enough chairs for participants (100?)
- Tables, at least one for each room + extra's (8?)
- Attendees list with contact details
- What are we doing to lunch (all chip in for Pizza?
- Rubbish bins (we should be good and recyle... maybe we should try and not print/photocopy)
