Brain dump of stuff we might need

 

  • Datashows, one for each room (4?)
  • Couple of spare laptops / Server for sharing files
  • Print and photocopy facilities (do we need this?)
  • Shared flash/thumb drives for sharing files
  • Wifi
  • Water fountain & cups
  • Do we need name tags?
  • Flipchart paper
  • Whiteboards
  • Whiteboard and marker pens
  • Enough chairs for participants (100?)
  • Tables, at least one for each room + extra's (8?)
  • Attendees list with contact details
  • What are we doing to lunch (all chip in for Pizza?
  • Rubbish bins (we should be good and recyle... maybe we should try and not print/photocopy)
