Brain dump of stuff we might need:

 

  • Datashows, one for each room (4?)
  • Couple of spare laptops / Server for sharing files
  • Print and photocopy facilities (do we need this?)
  • Shared flash/thumb drives for sharing files (depending on size of files to share over wifi
  • Wifi
  • Water fountain & cups
  • Do we need name tags? (CJ - yes, it helps people know who everyone else is)
  • Flipchart paper
  • Whiteboard thing that saves drawing to file (Mike Brown?)
  • Whiteboard and marker pens
  • Enough chairs for participants (100?)
  • Tables, at least one for each room + extras (8?)
  • Attendees list with contact details
  • What are we doing for lunch (all chip in for Pizza?)
  • Rubbish bins (we should be good and recycle... maybe we should try and not print/photocopy)
  • Coffee machine and supplies
  • some bandwidth
  • any cool toys that participants want to bring with them
