They are very comfortable producing, remixing, and consuming digital entertainment in its variety of forms. Fandom Camp is a Barcamp so whoever shows up to determines what gets presented. General ideas on topics of interest should be focused on the web, social media, on-line activities, computers, gaming, mobile phones, vidding, writing, or going professional as they pertain to entertainment or fandom. Fandom Camp is about the back end of fandom and the entertainment community, and the support structures that go into being a fan.
Fandom Camp is for fans, fan fiction writers, fan vidders, fan website maintainers, entertainment companies, convention dealers, convention runners, gamers, bloggers, professional authors, new media artists, fan artists, or people who have some investment in movie, television, music or speculative fiction fan communities. The topics are should be geared around the business side of fandom and the processes supporting fan-centered online communities.
