Introduction to Flex and Sprouts - Luke Bayes - You could find out the answers to many important questions like, "What the H#%& are Sprouts?", "What should they mean to me?" and "Do they REALLY work on Mac, DOS, Cygwin AND Linux?"

Flex Community Libraries - Doug !McCune - If you're lazy and want to make cool apps then just take advantage of the work that other people have done. Let's talk about FlexLib, PaperVision3D, Actionscript Physics Engine, FZip, Tweener, Ely's components, all the api libs out there (flickr, youtube, facebook, amazon s3, etc etc), and all the other open source libraries that people have made. With so much good code already written you shouldn't have to work very hard.
