An un-conference addressing the Transformation of Health Care through Social Networks, Open Standards and the latest web and mobile technologies. This is part of the Health 2.0 movement towards participatory (consumer driven) health care where patients take a more active role in their own care in conjunction with the traditional health care provider network.
