IdeaCamp|DA-IICT is a Technology UnConference at DA-IICT. IdeaCamp|DA-IICT is based on the BarCamp format.
A BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from attendees.
It is an interactive platform where all participants present, share, speak-up or at least be active listeners.

Anyone is welcome to present, just register yourself and add session details to the list as required.
We would like to have some structure and have a few "pre-defined" presentations with extra time allotted for ad-hoc conversations afterwards as well as some sessions that are group/panel discussions.
In short, we'd like to have an event with some structure, but with plenty of time to interact with the presenters, talk with fellow attendees and get insights that don't find a place on ppt presentations.
We have numerous blocks available to present ideas, discuss entrepreneurship and learn about starting and running your own business. And in between, we'll even give you the floor if you like.
Here are a few random ideas for sessions:
- Sharing your knowledge of specific technology (computing and otherwise)
- New techniques in your artistic ventures
- Project(s) that you would like to get off the ground, but need input on some of the missing pieces
- Things you think people should be aware of (projects, concerns about technology, specific areas of interest, etc.)
The following sessions have been confirmed. Add your session here:
