As the name suggests, 'Let Sparks Fly' is an endeavor to charge the youth of India to raise and create. Engaging with Engineering Colleges and MBA institutions across the country, the intent of these sessions are to enable students to think differently and comeup with future opportunities.

The key takeaways for the students include:

• Appreciation of what Innovation is (beyond technology)
• Instances on how leading firms do innovate
• 'Innovation in Action' as students identify opportunities for future

This full day event also helps in team building and formation of elevator's pitch, which is much needed in the corporate context.

Several such sessions have been conducted at institutions including IIT Delhi, IIFT Delhi, NIT Warangal, St. Joseph College Bangalore and many others.

The next event in the series is planned to be hosted at PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore
