We are planning a Barcamp in Israel (sometime in late October/early November) and are looking for suggestions for venues and volunteers to help with organising.

 

It would seem best to find a venue in the Central (Merkaz/Sharon) area but any suggestions are welcome - perhaps there is a company in the TelAviv/Herzeliya area that would be interested in hosting the Barcamp?

 

Suggestions for venues:

 

- ZOA on Ibn Gvirol street in Tel Aviv (where the august penguin is held annually)

- Netanya Technical College (OSDC Israel 06 was held - http://osdc.org.il/2006/)

- Tel Aviv University, Hebrew University Jerusalem or the Technion in Haifa
