LibCamp

Corporate Librarians’ Unconference

“It is informal and the content is dictated by participants”

About BarCamp/Unconference: BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from attendees. The term "BarCamp or unconference" has been applied, or self-applied, to a wide range of gatherings that try to avoid one or more aspects of a conventional conference, such as high fees and sponsored presentations. The entire planning process from invitations to content is decided over interactions on blogs and Wikis on the Internet.

About LibCamp: LibCamp is one such unconference for Corporate Librarians. LibCamp has a lot to offer from participants’ expectations to exceeding their expectations to advice on new technologies and best practices. This forum hosts a wide spectrum of topics and provides a platform for everyone to share and learn.
