- Update schedule/logistics pages to reflect location and schedule details
- Create a means of aggregating all content tagged with PCamp09 into a page on the site
- Need a volunteer web developer
- Website redesign - a simple once-over to make the site more intuitive
Videos
- A short promo video explaining the basic idea of PCamp and driving registration
- A short video explaining the specifics of the unconference, open space methods, virtual component
Physical Space
We are close to having a space. Now we need to do the following inside of it:
- Volunteers
- Registration table
- All-purpose runners, problem-solvers
- Event setup, breakdown
- Audio/Visual/Tech
- Live webcasting of multiple rooms
- Recording of some sessions
- Managing content on display screens
- Additional power outlets?
- Setting Design
- Creating the open grid
- Signage (welcome, restrooms, etc.)
- Creative decoration
- Catering
- Supply breakfast
- Supply light afternoon snacks (lunch if we raise enough $)
Promotion
- Collateral
- Print stickers and posters to use at events preceding PCamp
- T-Shirts for all attendees? First 100?
- Need a designer to make cool stickers, posters, tshirts
- Press Release
- Need to issue a press release at the appropriate time - June 13th?
- Need to draft press release
- Social Media Strategy
- Need volunteers to host the following
- Twitter account
- Facebook group
- LinkedIn group
- Targeted outreach
- Members of government
- Attendees of Personal Democracy Forum
