This page is PCamp's public to-do list.  We're looking for volunteer organizers to take on any of these components.  Also, we're interested in finding sponsors who can make donations to support these components.

Website

  • Update schedule/logistics pages to reflect location and schedule details
    • Assigned to mattcoop
  • Create a means of aggregating all content tagged with PCamp09 into a page on the site
    • Need a volunteer web developer
  • Website redesign - a simple once-over to make the site more intuitive

 

Documentary Photo/Video

  • A short promo video explaining the basic idea of PCamp and driving registration
  • A short video explaining the specifics of the unconference, open space methods, virtual component
  • Videographer for both days of event
  • Photographer for both days

 

Virtual Pcamp

  • Configure room for broadcasting out to virtual community
  • Configure room to broadcast virtual session to physical event

Pcamp will be help at NYU's ITP building at 721 Broadway in New York City

 

Matt and Oliver will be doing a walkthrough of the space Thursday, June 11th, at noon, Please add any tech items/space needs you would like them to investigate.

      • Look into Apple Sponsoring using new iPhone's streaming video

    •  Stickers and posters/flyers to use at events preceding/during PCamp

    • Designer needed for collateral or else Oliver will do it himself and no one will want to wear the T shirts.

    • Need to issue a press release at the appropriate time - June 13th
